Hadley, a component manufacturer for commercial vehicles, has announced its acquisition of B&R Manufacturing, a mirror systems manufacturer.

B&R will become a division of Hadley while retaining its current workforce and facilities. Robert Dubsky will function as president of the expanded Hadley company, while Robert Loper, B&R founder, will be gm at the Elkhart, IN location.

Hadley’s Dubsky said that this strategic acquisition will complement Hadley’s product line of mirror systems, air horns, suspension systems and vehicle air management systems, as well as unite the customer bases.
