Allied holdings appoints King CFO

Decatur, GA-based car carrier Allied Holdings has appointed Thomas King as executive vp & CFO. This follows the resignation of the company’s current CFO, David Rawden. King takes over as CFO effective immediately, the company said.

Allied said King has been working as a full-time accounting consultant for the company since August 2004. He previously worked at Tatum Partners, a consulting group, and served as interim CFO and financial vp for a number of public and private companies while at Tatum.
