The Atlanta-based company is preparing to roll out its new fleet management tools and is currently in discussions with the venture capital community for its next round of funding to focus on product development and customer rollout.

Extendea anticipates implementing its first customer this summer and will complete several other installations by the end of 2001. The company will produce fleet management products under the Extend banner for scheduling, mapping, confirmation, messaging and reporting.
