Hanover, Germany-based Continental AG has pledged to contribute $500,000 towards relief of tsunami victims in Asia.

The automotive supplier is working with aid organizations to determine whether resources such as fuel tanks or tires for trucks and off-road vehicles should be given as a portion of the donation, Continental said.
