Celadon Appoints New VP

Ind.-based Celadon Group, Inc., the parent company of truckload carrier Celadon Trucking Services, has appointed Tom Glaser as vp of transportation services. Glaser will be responsible for all customer service functions, territory business planning, yield management, and freight flow planning at Celadon. He was most recently with CFI based in Joplin, Mo., where he held several key management positions
Ind.-based Celadon Group, Inc., the parent company of truckload carrier Celadon Trucking Services, has appointed Tom Glaser as vp of transportation services.

Glaser will be responsible for all customer service functions, territory business planning, yield management, and freight flow planning at Celadon.

He was most recently with CFI based in Joplin, Mo., where he held several key management positions throughout his 12-year tenure, including vp of operations and vp of sales and marketing. Glaser also held several sales and operational positions at Burlington Northern Railroad and Leaseway Transportation.
