Richard A. Ramach was named president & chief operating officer of Baytown, TX-based industrial gas carrier Cryogenic Transportation.
Ramach joined Cryogenic in 2002 as vp-east region operations & sales. He came to Cryogenic from Quality Carriers, where he was vp and gm of TransPlastics Inc., its dry bulk division.
Ramach has been in the specialty chemical trucking business for more than 30 years, with most of that time at Chemical Leaman. He started his career in trucking at Forbes Trucking as manager of tank cleaning and garage maintenance.
