Descartes Systems Group Inc. has announced availability of Fleetwise Monitor, a new routing and scheduling software application designed to enhance the performance of customer service representatives for order fulfillment.
Descartes designed Fleetwise Monitor to provide for real-time coordination of customer service representatives, dispatchers and drivers. It is a browser-based application that provides clear visibility into order-fulfillment progress.
