Heartland Express has selected Pegasus TransTech's Transflo Express as its truck stop scanning service.
"We are always looking for ways to position our company for future growth opportunities without having to add to our headcount," said Heartland Express CFO John Cosaert. "We expect to decrease our days to bill by at least five days and reduce the physical handling of documents without ever losing control of our paperwork."
Reduction of the days from delivery to billing helps Transflo Express customers improve cash flow and reduce administrative overhead, noted Pegasus TransTech CEO Leslie Berlin.
