Logistics Management Resources Inc. (LMRI) said its wholly owned subsidiary, Trans-Logistics, has entered long-term agreements to manage and operate three fully operating distribution warehouses in Georgia, Florida and New Jersey.
Combined footage under management is slightly more than 300,000 square feet, LMRI said, and should increase gross revenues by an estimated $6-million on an annualized basis.
LMRI is headquartered in Louisville, it is a holding company in the business of acquiring and managing non-asset based companies in the transportation-logistics and warehousing industries. The company said it also intends to enter the employee leasing industry through strategic acquisitions.
