MobileDispatch has updated its system to provide dispatchers with the exact address of vehicles in real-time.
“We've taken the guesswork out of the dispatcher's job,” says Chuck Feldman, president and CEO of Dynamic Mobile Data, which owns MobileDispatch. “Dispatchers now have the ability to pinpoint their drivers at any point during their route and communicate with them real-time. It's a double-teamed approach in the reduction of down time.”
Feldman adds that MobileDispatch uses the Internet to affordably provide companies of all sizes with real-time two-way messaging, status tracking, and Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL). He says customers only need an Internet connection for dispatcher workstations, as Dynamic Mobile Data provides the rest of the necessary equipment.
