NATSO CEO Steps Down

William Fay, who has served as NATSO president & CEO since January 2003, has resigned his position effective April 1. Lisa Mullings has taken his place as the association’s acting president & CEO. Mullings has been with NATSO since January 1995 and most recently served as vp of public affairs and counsel. NATSO is a trade association representing truckstop and travel plaza industry.
