Unicru, headquartered in Beaverton, OR, recently unveiled their automated “Total Workforce Acquisition” solution, which is designed to address the sourcing, selection, hiring and retention of truck operators and other positions for fleets.

The new system includes two modules: “Field,” including drivers, freight handlers and warehouse administrators and managers, and “Headquarter,” including recruiting and hiring for corporate positions.

According to the company, the Unicru Trucking Solution features an on-site and online job application process that is integrated into more than 20 trucking-related job boards, industry- and job-specific screening, required job application and background checks (administered through partner companies) and closed-loop data analysis to connect labor performance and productivity to a fleet’s hiring practices.
