Webb Wheel Products Inc. has announced that Paul D. Levering has accepted the position of vp – technical services and that William E. Walther has joined the company as vp – business development. Webb Wheel Products Inc. has announced that Paul D. Levering has accepted the position of vp – technical services and that William E. Walther has joined the company as vp – business development.

Levering joined the company in 1980 as product engineering manager, and has held the positions of vp – engineering and, most recently, vp – sales and marketing. His responsibilities will include assisting to identify, research and propose new materials and product offerings; act as a technical liaison to customers’ engineering departments; and assist in the identification and development of foreign sourcing.

Walther has held high-level executive sales, marketing and business development positions with ArvinMeritor, Volvo Heavy Truck and Eaton Corp. He will assume responsibility for the sales and marketing activities for the company.
