NTE has announced solid second-quarter financial results marked by record transaction volumes and deep customer adoption of its expanded suite of Web-based transportation solutions.
For the quarter, revenues at the privately held e-commerce provider grew by 12% as the company managed hundreds of thousands of transactions between shippers, carriers and other supply chain trading partners.
"We're now processing more transactions in a day than we did last year in a month," said president & CEO Jim Davidson. NTE this year introduced several private trading community programs that enable shippers to improve supply chain executions and transportation management, without altering their business rules, carrier relationships or information systems.
