Sirius now in 11 states

Sirius Satellite Radio today announced its service is available in eleven states, as part of its accelerated nationwide rollout plan. Sirius Satellite Radio today announced its service is available in eleven states, as part of its accelerated nationwide rollout plan.

Sirius said its service is now available in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming.

"We are executing our accelerated rollout schedule and plan to activate an additional seven states by the end of the month," said executive vp of marketing Guy Johnson.

Sirius hopes to have national service up by July 1.
