UCBC hires product director

Larry Martin has joined UCBC as product director, and will be responsible for UCBC's FreightMax and WorkMax products, two products acquired in the June auction of the properties of Grumman Olson Industries. Martin comes to UCBC from Rexhall Industries of Lancaster, CA, where he was director of national sales and responsible for managing the sales growth of the company's national dealer network. Before
Larry Martin has joined UCBC as product director, and will be responsible for UCBC's FreightMax and WorkMax products, two products acquired in the June auction of the properties of Grumman Olson Industries.

Martin comes to UCBC from Rexhall Industries of Lancaster, CA, where he was director of national sales and responsible for managing the sales growth of the company's national dealer network. Before that, Martin was with Grumman Olson as director of national sales.

"Larry will drive the launch of these products under the UCBC banner and will have broad responsibility for their overall development and success," said Fred Wicks, vp of sales.

UCBC said FreightMax is a dry freight body available in a variety of sizes and options and the WorkMax is a utility work truck body for a broad range of vocations and individual needs.
