The International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT) announced that truck drivers at the USF Dugan terminal in Mobile, AL, voted by a three-to-one margin to join the union on Friday.
This vote marks the first step in the Teamsters’ national campaign to organize workers at USF Dugan and USF Bestway, the union said. IBT has nearly 10,000 members at other USF freight companies: USF Red Star, USF Reddaway, USF Holland and some USF Bestway terminals.
