Wabash drops Arthur Andersen

Wabash National Corp. announced that it has appointed Ernst & Young LLP to replace Arthur Andersen as the company's independent auditors for the year ending December 31. The company said its decision to change auditors was not the result of any disagreement between it and Arthur Andersen on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure.
