Enginemaker Westport Innovations Inc. said today that Stephen Anderson will step down as vp, finance and CFO effective June 30, and that Wade Nesmith has stepped down as president and managing director, Westport Europe.
Anderson and Nesmith will provide consulting services to Westport for a period of time to assure an orderly transition of their responsibilities, the company said.
Elaine Wong will be appointed acting CFO. Westport's European activities and customer management have been consolidated under Bernd Bartunek, managing director, Westport Germany.
