RLI Transportation partners with IntelliShift to strengthen fleet safety and visibility

RLI Transportation recently partnered with IntelliShift to give insured fleets access to pricing discounts on a platform that unifies safety, operations, and performance data. IntelliShift combines telematics, AI-powered dash camera insights, maintenance, compliance, safety, and analytics in one dashboard, and integrates with RLI Transportation technology partners Netradyne and TruckerCloud.

PowerFlex, The Mobility House North America combine on fleet charging platform

PowerFlex recently acquired The Mobility House North America through a share exchange transaction, creating a combined fleet charging and energy management platform. The companies will bring together software, energy, and infrastructure solutions, including intelligent charging and bidirectional charging.

Fastfrate Group acquires Jardine Transport Group to expand Canadian freight network

Fastfrate Group recently acquired 100% of Jardine Transport Group, including Jardine Transport, R.E.M. Transport, Gil Trucking, Quality Transportation, and K&T Transport. The acquisition expands Fastfrate Group’s truckload, LTL, logistics, warehousing, and distribution capabilities across key Canadian markets.
