MTS Driver Recruiters aims to help carriers overcome recruitment issues using its proprietary driver database and referral system to find safe candidates who fit well with a client’s corporate culture and requirements.

MTS specializes in helping established companies expand into new territory, as well as “remote recuiting,” finding drivers located away from a carrier’s primary operations, according to the company.

MTS has developed a driver database of 100,000 names that grows with every driver MTS comes in contact with. Drivers in the database are alerted to job openings via postings, emails, text messaging, phone calls and mailings. MTS recruiters also contact employed drivers willing to consider other opportunities.

Additionally, MTS customizes its presentations based on the compelling attributes of a carrier and its job openings designed to attract potential candidates.

The end result is reduced recruiting lead-time, a better company-driver match as well as providing a carrier with a larger list of candidates to choose from, MTS said.
