Saia recently launched Saia REV, a company-wide program focused on improving transit times, logistics capabilities, and shipment visibility for customers. 

As part of REV (Rapid, Expanded, and Visible), Saia is implementing more than 2,000 transit-time improvements across its network, enabling faster service across key lanes and reducing transit times in select markets. These changes support Saia’s broader investments in technology, network optimization, and linehaul operations.

Key program elements include:

• More than 2,000 transit time improvements across key lanes
• Expanded guaranteed delivery services, including automated 10 a.m. delivery
• A unified expedited service for time-sensitive shipments
• A new track-and-trace platform with real-time shipment visibility and ETA updates
• Predictive insights for accessorial needs, such as liftgate and limited-access deliveries
• Expanded Saia Logistics capabilities, including truckload brokerage, expedited shipping, warehousing, international freight forwarding, final mile delivery, and transportation management
• Final mile services, including residential delivery, white glove service, room-of-choice delivery, debris removal, and two-person delivery teams
