Volvo Trucks’ all-new Volvo VNL and Volvo VNR Electric models are now featured in American Truck Simulator. The company, which manufactures heavy-duty trucks for North America, worked with SCS Software to recreate both vehicles for the trucking simulation game.

Players can now operate Volvo's newest truck models while hauling freight and managing virtual trucking businesses across the U.S. Developed by SCS Software, American Truck Simulator has sold more than seven million copies worldwide and focuses on safe driving, freight movement, and business management.

The all-new Volvo VNL is designed to reflect the production truck's aerodynamic design, digital driver environment, and safety technologies. Volvo said its design and engineering teams worked with SCS Software to recreate the truck's appearance, performance, sounds, and driver environment for a realistic driving experience.

The Volvo VNR Electric also joins the game as the first battery-electric truck available in American Truck Simulator. Designed for regional haul and urban operations, the truck gives players the opportunity to experience battery-electric transportation in a virtual environment.
