Richmond, VA-based LTL operator Overnite Transportation Co. is expanding its one-day service into and out of Philadelphia to include cities in both Virginia and North Carolina.

Overnite noted its one-day service out of Philadelphia, which covers all of New England, now extends west as far as Ohio and south to South Carolina, serving some 13,600 points in 16 states and the District of Columbia.
