ATRI adds industry leaders Mike Ludwick and Michael Kiely to board of directors
The American Transportation Research Institute (ATRI) has appointed Mike Ludwick, president and CEO of Bison USA, and Michael Kiely, president of global government affairs at UPS, to its board of directors. Ludwick joined Bison Transport in 1997 and oversees the company’s U.S. and Canadian operations. He previously served on ATRI’s Research Advisory Committee from 2019-2024.
“ATRI has always benefited from an engaged Board of Directors, and we welcome the addition of Mr. Ludwick and Mr. Kiely,” Rebecca Brewster, ATRI president and COO, stated. “Both gentlemen are long-time supporters of ATRI, and we look forward to working with them.”

United Transportation appoints John Mugnaini as chief commercial officer to drive national logistics growth
United Transportation recently appointed industry veteran John Mugnaini as CCO as the company accelerates its national growth and modernization strategy. Mugnaini, formerly president of DHL Freight, will report to CEO Kayne Grau.
