TCA hosts leadership program for fleet managers

The Truckload Carriers Assn. (TCA) has slated a two-day leadership program geared toward fleet managers. TCA’s Leadership and Executive Development Trucking Academy is slated for Atlanta on Feb. 16 to 17, and Chicago on Jun. 15 to 16.

Bill Webb, president of the Texas Motor Transportation Assn. will serve as the facilitator and will speak on issues such as driver recruiting and retention, leadership, media relations and management.
