Vexure quarterly revenues up 66%

Jacksonville, FL-based third party logistics firm Vexure said its fourth quarter 2004 revenue jumped 66% to $41 million, largely on the strength of its expedited business.

“Our expedited division, Alert Cargo Express, exhibited the most growth this quarter,” said Thomas Piatak, president & COO. “We’ve been able to capitalize on the expedited freight market through exemplary customer service and competitive rates. Each of our five business segments grew substantially and we are eager to keep the momentum going through the first quarter of 2005.”
