For the second straight year, Ryder System has honored Celadon Trucking Services as its Carrier of the Year among national truckload providers.

Celadon, a wholly owned subsidiary of Celadon Group, provides long-haul truckload service throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

“We’re extremely proud to win this award for two consecutive years,” said Chris Hines, Celadon president & COO. “This award reflects the consistency in customer service that our drivers and operations staff strive to provide for all of our customers.”

The award is based on Celadon receiving a top score in Ryder’s Transportation Management 200-point carrier quality process, which recognizes excellence through a variety of metrics, including on-time performance, claims handling, customer service, technology, applications, economic value and innovation, Ryder said.
