Luxury automaker Lexus -- a division of the Toyota Group -- created a unique "Fashion Workshop" program aimed at getting four top fashion designers to create "fashion art" from the 2,000 discrete parts that make up a Lexus CT hybrid sedan. The point of this program, Lexus explained, is to highlight the "recyclability" of the modern-day automobile, noting that its CT hybrid is 90% recyclable.
