Summary

We know the transportation industry is facing many challenges today, including driver shortages, fuel costs, and sustainability pressures. Learn how you can use benchmarks to analyze fleet data, identify performance gaps, and implement changes that lead to measurable improvements in top cost drivers such as fuel efficiency and utilization.

You no longer need to rely only on internal data or stagnant resources that do not provide sufficient information to accurately measure your fleet’s performance. Penske has solved the need for accurate fleet intelligence by leveraging AI and machine learning, robust fleet data and our deep industry expertise to create Catalyst AI™. This decision engine compares your true fleet performance to similar fleets and best-in-class across Penske’s live database. You’ll understand performance gaps and get recommendations for improvement down to the individual vehicle level.

For example, you can use Catalyst AI to compare your fleet’s fuel efficiency to those operating similarly. If your fleet is underperforming, you can drill down into specific metrics that are most likely affecting fuel efficiency. Unlike a static industry report that only provides a benchmark, Catalyst AI delivers actionable insights that are relevant to your specific fleet.
