Chevin Fleet Solutions launches next-gen FleetWave

May 8, 2013

Fleet software provider Chevin Fleet Solutions has unveiled its next-generation software, FleetWave 2.1. The updated software will see a host of enhancements and additional functionality, Chevin said, including a more sophisticated report writing tool for faster and more efficient access to specific data during the reporting process.

Other benefits include Excel-style browse filtering, improved data rules functionality and an odometer correction tool.

The software update was announced at Chevin’s 2013 user conference last week.

“Bringing customers together to share and understand their use of the system is pivotal in the development of Chevin’s future offering but also in helping our customers get more from their relationship with us,” said Ashley Sowerby, managing director.  “Offering the ability to network with industry colleagues and explore new ways of allowing technology to streamline numerous business processes, in fleet and beyond, is something that I’m proud to be facilitating here this week.”

The upgrade is available to most customers currently using the latest version of the software at no additional cost. Regular updates will be standard, typically between every six and12 months.

“FleetWave 2.1 represents a commitment to our customers that we will continue to invest in and enhance Chevin’s product offering; that we will listen to the opinions of customers and build their requirements into our software as standard; and that customers can rest assured that they are receiving the very best the market has to offer,” said Sowerby.
