Management system provider Decisiv is integrating its Decisiv Service Management Platform (DSMP) with several truck dealer business systems to help improve information accuracy while streamlining business processes by eliminating the need for redundant data entry, the company says.
“The integrations we’ve enabled with ADP Dealer Services, Dealer Solutions International (DSI), Karmak and others retrieve customer and vehicle information from dealer business systems and quickly and seamlessly import it to estimates in the DSMP,” said Dick Hyatt, president of Decisiv.
“Additionally, service event information from our platform is exported to repair orders in the dealer business systems,” he added. “This eliminates duplicate data entry steps, improves efficiency and productivity, and helps assure accuracy.”
The DSMP platform is also used by fleets of all types and sizes, as well as truck and component manufacturers, dealers and service locations throughout North America, Hyatt noted, and integration with dealer business systems is available on all Decisiv OE platforms.
