Web-based load board Internet Truckstop has redesigned its site to place more focus on customer navigation and ease of use.

The site, www.truckstop.com, includes a new button placement that makes posting and searching for trucks and loads quicker, the company said. The site also includes “Carrier Clear.” Brokers clicking on the Carrier Clear column can easily identify trucking companies that are “paper-work approved” while carriers can sort the column to quickly see posted loads that are “paper-work approved” to move fast.

“Brokers Buddy” allows brokers to see carriers that have viewed their posted loads and brokers can also manage agents through the “Show Agents” feature. Instant messaging speeds the communication process.

In addition, the site includes ProTread training videos for safety, regulatory and hazardous material training; and a new FuelDesk Plus section to help carriers save money on fuel.
