Vehicle, maintenance and repair data can now be exchanged easily and efficiently between Decisiv’s Service Management Platform and TMW Systems’ TMT Fleet Maintenance –SQL.

The integration employs Decisiv’s cloud-based computing technology to bridge communications and information gaps between fleet managers and service providers. TMT Fleet Maintenance is a fleet equipment and shop management software product.

“The new integration between the Decisiv Service Management Platform and TMT Fleet Maintenance software vastly improves point of service access to crucial fleet data,” said Dick Hyatt, president of Decisiv. “The result for fleets is more timely repairs, faster vehicle turnaround time and a more accurate view into the service process. Using cloud computing technology, we are now able to bring together the managed communication capabilities of the Decisiv web-based portal and the TMT software’s power to analyze, evaluate, negotiate and manage fleet and equipment assets and expenses.”

Data on assets, contacts, pending work, preventive maintenance, warranty coverage and more is available through the integration. There is also an electronic folder which contains estimates, repair orders, inspections, service campaigns, labor, parts information and other documents such as pictures of damaged parts from the Decisiv eFolder to the TMT Fleet Maintenance system.

TMT will implement the Decisiv platform in phases, with the first phase – the loading of asset lists and fleet management contacts into the Decisiv platform – just completed.
