The portfolio includes specific information on CSA issues and increasing overall productivity and efficiency. Compli has over 10 years of experience providing human resource management programs to automobile dealerships.

“With our automotive clients we are currently seeing renewal rates in excess of 95%,” said Lon Leneve, Compli president & CEO. “Due in large part to that success and the similarities that exist between the industries, such as the massive amount of employee turnover and the increasing number of regulatory requirements, we felt that it would be a good business decision to leverage that experience on behalf of the trucking industry.”

Compli’s trucking-specific offerings include: Compliance, Safety, Accountability (CSA) management; driver qualification file management; background, drug & alcohol screenings and driver training solutions.

The CSA program includes trends and reports; real-time automated notification of violations; electronic personnel file documentation of violations and actions taken; identification of FMCSA inspection and violation data inconsistencies; assignment of driver training; and automated corrective action.

The driver training offering includes the ability to deliver, schedule, and document a company’s training programs; access to Pro-Tread’s 70-plus suite of driver training programs; and automatic logging of completed driver-training programs in personnel files.

The driver qualification file management, and background, drug & alcohol screening programs include automatic scheduling of background checks and expiring DQF screenings; web-based documentation and management of driver files; forced standardization and consistent management of driver files; elimination of manual and paper-based processing; and driver qualification files, driver safety and human resource records all stored in one place.
