Arsenault Associates has announced it will double the size of its West Chester, PA, Technology and Development Center. The company, producer of Dossier fleet maintenance management software, also said it plans to hire additional software developers at the facility.

The Technology and Development Center opened in May 2007. It is responsible for product development, corporate technical infrastructure, operating systems and software programming for the Dossier software, the company said.
