A new web-based application from J.J. Keller & Associates, Inc. will allow motor carriers to track and manage daily preventative maintenance tasks, including scheduling and recording common maintenance, reporting on repair orders, scheduling mechanics and tracking inventory of vehicle parts, the company said.
Maintenance Manager Online also allows users to generate reports for unit maintenance, such as cost detail, fuel economy, preventive maintenance due, preventive maintenance status and repair order detail reports, J.J. Keller said. It operates either as a stand-alone application or integrated with J.J. Keller Mobile in-cab technology.
“Keeping vehicles and equipment operating can be complex, costly and time-consuming,” said Chad Govin, J. J. Keller corporate services sales manager. “With Maintenance Manager Online, companies can readily access inventory levels and preventive maintenance schedules, as well as generate reports for all levels of their company, with no IT investment to maintain in-house software.”
