PHH InterActive Community, the fleet management social-networking capability offered by PHH Arval, has been named a finalist in the “Best New Product or Service” by the American Business Awards, also known as the “Stevie” awards.
The site is designed as an easy-to-use forum for client company managers to network with each other and PHH experts. Issues, questions and general exchange of information is encouraged by the site, which is housed within PHH Arval’s B2B web site. Subscription capabilities are also available, allowing users to have topical issues sent to them via email.
“Clients have responded enthusiastically to this social networking capability,” said Tony Vinciguerra, vp-product management. “They tell us they are getting great benefits from ‘talking’ with their peers in other companies about specific fleet management issues and questions. Having a closed secure environment allows our clients to share freely and protects them from unwanted sales efforts on the part of vendors. And it’s a great way to ‘listen’ to what clients are saying about our services and their future needs.”
The American Business Awards is an independent program honors both private and public, for-profit and nonprofit companies.
