The launch of a new online platform by PHH Arval will simplify vehicle ordering for fleet drivers in North America, according to the fleet management services provider.
PHH FleetSelect reduces order time and streamlines the ordering process, allowing users to access near real-time status updates directly from vehicle manufacturers, the company said. It also provides fleet drivers with detailed information on available vehicles and equipment packages, as well as 360 degree images of vehicle exteriors and interiors.
“With PHH FleetSelect, we … looked at the entire ordering process from the points of view of both the fleet manager and the driver,” said Tom Keilty, PHH Arval COO. “By designing our new system with this strong client focus, PHH FleetSelect is easier and faster to use, offering robust information, enhanced 360º views of the vehicles, and more convenient ways to pay for driver-paid options.”
