Walcott Jamboree: A trucking time machine

July 9, 2015

WALCOTT, IOWA. Some people golf. Some fish. Some collect baseball cards. Some people restore classic trucks—and a lot of those folks are gathering at the Iowa 80 truck stop this week for the 36th Annual Walcott Truckers Jamboree.

He are photos of the early arrivals, lined up for the Antique Truck Display portion of the event. Even more impressive than the passion for trucking the exhibitors have is that several of the trucks are still hard at work, dropping by on the way to drop off a load.
