The new ColdGuard insulated body kit by VanLiner Technologies Inc is designed to provide years of temperature management and aid in safe, hygienic transportation of temperature-sensitive products. This kit can be installed on-site in four hours or less. The modular design fits standard and extended-length Ford, GM, and Chevrolet cargo vans. When the need arises, the unit may be transferred to another vehicle of the same design.

The kit provides a consistent box loss or UA factor (tests show 18.4 Btu) that permits accurate matching of the refrigeration unit to customer requirements. Insulated side and rear kit doors ensure optimal thermal protection. To help an operator meet HACCP guidelines for safe transport of perishable products, the kit uses food industry-preferred closed-cell foam, which provides superior insulating qualities and moisture resistance. The white interior washes easily. Options include a front or rear half-liner for transport of both dry and temperature-controlled freight, choice of heavy-duty floors, and floor drains.
