New Peterbilt dealership opens in Delaware

The Pete Store has opened a full-service truck dealerships in Seaford, DE.

The 15,000-sq.-ft. facility, located at 9075 Dolby Road (directly off Route 13), will specialize in Peterbilt medium-duty trucks and PacLease commercial truck rental & leasing. The location has a parts warehouse carrying a wide range of product lines for all makes of trucks, and 8 truck service bays with factory certified technicians.

“The addition of our Seaford location means we now offer our customers more than 700 miles of continuous support spanning 6 states,” said Jeff Arscott, vice president and general manager of the company’s Mid-Atlantic division. “We are confident customers in the area will find value in our award-winning Peterbilt products and great service.”

Butch Smith will serve as parts manager and Andy White as service manager for the facility, which will employ 14 when fully staffed.

As part of the opening, The Peter Store donations to the Boys and Girls Club of Seaford, Sussex County Habitat for Humanity, and the Trinity Foundation.

“We are very fortunate to live and work in some great communities; Sussex County is no exception,” Arscott said. “We believe it is our responsibility as a company and individuals to get involved in each of them. These donations represent the beginning of our on-going commitment to this community.”
