A new app located on the Fontaine Parts Connection website makes finding the proper fifth wheel replacement parts for any vehicle and application easy, the company said.
“Our customer service team gets a lot of calls from customers who need repair kit part numbers to ensure that they’re ordering the right replacement parts for their fifth wheels,” said Toby Harris, Fontaine Parts Connection vice president of sales and marketing. “Our new parts finder makes the process faster and easier for customers. Instead of calling and having our customer service representatives look up information for them, they can find what they need with just a couple of clicks online.”
The app allows users to simply choose “find parts” from the main menu and then choose “quick find.” Then they type in all or part of their fifth wheel’s model number to bring up a list of product descriptions, top plate replacement numbers, and replacement kit part numbers and descriptions. Alternatively, they can choose to search by top plate model.
