Combining consulting services to identify a fleet's key business parameters and customized software, ResultsNow from TMW Systems lets top managers and others view fleet performance in real-time. The performance “dashboard” provided by the system is designed to give managers critical information needed to make quick, informed business decisions.
The new service, which has a patent pending, starts with consultations to help fleets choose their particular “key performance indicators.” Those parameters could include revenue per truck, deadhead miles and other financial, customer service or operational statistics.
ResultsNow software then automatically retrieves needed data for a fleet's enterprise management system and generates a single screen showing actual fleet performance. The screen can be configured to show key performance indicators by day, week, month or any other interval chosen by the fleet, issuing a report card with letter grades for each area measured. The new system can send alerts via email when performance triggers preset threshold limits. www.tmwsystems.com
