Ray Guest, CDS is the EHS Director at CHS Energy Transportation. Ray directs a team of professionals who lead the safety, regulatory compliance, environmental affairs and occupational health programming for a 600-unit fleet of heavy trucks. The primary role of CHS Transportation is to haul fuels, fertilizers and other energy products for CHS’ customers and producer-owners in more than 26 states and 3 Canadian provinces.
Ray has 25 years of experience helping government agencies, NGOs and corporate clients build effective and optimized safety cultures. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University and is active in the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE).
In his spare time, Ray works as a professional pyrotechnician and fireworks display operator. He is active in the Pyrotechnics Guild International.
