Provider of wellness programs for trucking companies develops a Virtual 5k Fun Run/Walk for the American Trucking Associations Management Conference & Exhibition.

Rolling Strong has developed a Virtual 5k Fun Run/Walk for the 2020 American Trucking Associations Management Conference & Exhibition, showcasing new, dynamic virtual races and competitions solution that will soon be available to Rolling Strong platform users.

“Truck drivers are the ultimate remote workforce,” said Stephen Kane, president of Rolling Strong. “They live a completely mobile lifestyle every day, so we have always strived to make the Rolling Strong platform 100% virtual. We’ve been working on adding and enhancing those capabilities since before the COVID-19 pandemic made virtual offerings a necessity for many companies and associations. When ATA asked us to create a virtual 5k for MCE, an event we have long sponsored, it was the perfect opportunity to put our technology to work.”

Sponsored by Rolling Strong’s sister company Velociti, the ATA Fourth Annual Virtual 5k Fun Run/Walk will take place from October 23-25. All MCE attendees and family members can participate. All 5k participants will receive free access to the Rolling Strong Mobile App for the remainder of 2020.

Rolling Strong is also hosting a Health Competition to be held in conjunction with MCE 2020 and Velociti is providing prizes for both events, including Garmin and Fitbit watches, backpacks, coolers and gift cards. Prizes will be awarded to the top three winners in the Virtual 5k and for wearable and non-wearable users taking part in the Health Competition. In addition, all 5K finishers will receive a Rolling Strong 2020 MCE engraved tumbler.
