An environmentally friendly coolant from Cummins Filtration offers a nitrite, amine and phosphate free (NAP-free) formulation.
The Fleetguard ES Compleat OAT (organic acid technology) coolant contains no borate or silicate.

The new formula, which testing showed provides the anti-freeze, anti-boil, heat transfer and corrosion protection required of a heavy duty antifreeze/coolant, meets ASTM and the performance specifications of most major OEMs, the company said.
The coolant offers extended service intervals of 150,000 mi. and freeze protection down to -34 deg. F. It is compatible with gaskets, elastomers and other non-metallics in the engine. It is suitable for diesel, gas and natural gas engines.
