The price of a barrel of U.S. crude oil increased slightly to $37.96 this morning after falling for six consecutive days, in response to reports that Saudi Arabia will curtail production, CNNMoney.com said.
The most expensive area for diesel fuel continues to be New England, where it averaged $2.62 per gallon. The least expensive areas are the Gulf Coast and Rocky Mountain regions, where it averaged $2.24 per gallon.
