Viesa Canada has released a new cooling system that mounts in the back of a truck’s cab to maximize its cooling potential inside the truck. Designed especially for high-roof trucks, the Viesa Internal II draws low-amperage power from the truck’s battery and will automatically shut off when it detects a low battery condition, Viesa said.
The maintenance-free system features programmable on-off operation. Automatic operation allows the system to self-adjust to exterior temperature conditions. It includes an automatic vent opening and closing system prevents dirt and dust from entering the cab.
Because only water, and no chemicals, is used in the system’s operation, it emits no gases into the atmosphere, Viesa said.
