DPF, diesel oxidation catalyst replacement products

May 22, 2012

DCL International has released its RoadWarrior products for model year 2007 and newer trucks. RoadWarrior products include aftermarket diesel particulate filter (DPF) and diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) replacements.

The products are direct replacements for OEM parts, DCL said, and work with existing OEM temperature and pressure sensors and engine operating parameters. All the products are newly manufactured and are not reconditioned or remanufactured.

The DOCs contain an all metallic substrate which offers greater durability compared to ceramic OEM substrates, the company said.

“A well maintained DPF will produce less backpressure on the engine, resulting in better fuel economy,” said David Jerman, sales manager, North America-replacement parts.

“DCL stocks an ever expanding list of parts for most truck makes and models, and provides same‐day shipment from our US warehouse,” he added.

The company noted that RoadWarrior products are covered by a one-year warranty.
